PSA Nitrogen Generator
Product Description:
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is an advanced gas separation technology. High quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) is used as adsorbent and PSA is used to separate air to produce pure nitrogen. The diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of molecular sieve is different. The smaller gas molecule (O2) diffuse faster, while the diffusion rate of gas molecules with bigger diameter (N2) is slower and less into the micropore of carbon molecular sieve. Applying this technology, O2 and N2 can be separated and nitrogen is continuously generated under PSA conditions.
